Private dental treatment paid for after our client was kicked in the face by a horse
Our client, a farmer's wife, was kicked in the face by a horse belonging to someone else when she was catching her own horse from the field. She suffered extensive injuries to her jaw, teeth and lip.
Liability was admitted. The private costs to date of dental treatment have been paid and the Claimant has been able to have all of her dental and plastic surgery treatment undertaken privately.
This experienced horse woman considered herself lucky to be alive following the incident caused when the loose horse galloped by her and kicked out in excitement.
