Successful Claim for Pony Trek Accident
Our client had very little riding experience. She went in the company of her husband and young children on a pony trek run from a farm in Cumbria.
On the way back from the ride, the escorted group galloped out of control accross rough ground back to the stables. Our client fell and suffered a significant back injury.
The claim was successfully pursued, liability was admitted and full compensation paid to the Claimant for her injuries and consequential financial loss.
